Each year Dr. Houtsma holds several crusades in various nations of the world. Over 90% of these city wide crusades are held in cities that have never successfully held such a meeting. It is Dr. Houtsma's burden to evangelize the unreached with the power of God. For 30 years Roger Houtsma World Outreach has concentrated its ministry among them.
